Following a decision not to pursue architecture well over 20 years ago! Sam went about designing and building businesses instead, after a couple of years working as a sales negotiator (largely to fund an Ashes tour) he began his career in Accounting practice; dedicating the best part of 8 years to assurance, advisory and client management. Recognised as a fellow of the ACCA in 2006, Sam then focused his industry career on the SaaS technology sector where he took at leadership role at growing Scottish Plc (over 8 loyal years) before becoming a director of a PE backed technology sector SME.
A lover of cricketing analogies; always a team player who leads by example and gets s*** done.

Pete spent over a decade in Financial Services for FTSE 100 companies, consulting with organisations on their processes to drive efficiencies, reduce risks and open potential for greater scale. His clients ranged from SMEs up to large multi-national advisory firms who relied on him for his technical expertise and forensic understanding of their business models.
He then flipped his career, specialising in big data analysis and transformation. Passionate about delivery, Pete believes in a flexible approach to Lean/Agile methodologies to challenge accepted beliefs about project delivery.

Another lover of sports (we can thank cricket for introducing Pete and Sam!), Pete is just about still playing rugby, though golf is more his pace these days.
